System Programming
ATCOM gives you options.  You can contact us to request programming changes (via telephone or e-mail) or simply handle the routine ones yourself.  We can integrate your telephone and Call Processing Systems with your LAN or any IP connection so that you can access the ADIX database from your own PC.  Now when minor changes are needed – if you prefer – you can just make the changes yourself.

From the temporary warehouse clerk all the way to the CEO - we want everyone at your company to love their telephone set!  One way to ensure that they do, is to be sure they fully understand it’s functionality.  We will train, train and retrain if necessary.  We provide pretaining – before system installation, cutover training – the day your new system is operational and we provide follow-up training – anytime you need it!

We believe one key element to any communication system is the individual that administers it.  We will be sure that the system manager fully understands his/her role and is comfortable with making any minor system changes that may be necessary.

Network Operations Center
We can instantly access your telephone and call processing systems at any time from our Network Operations Center.  We install remote diagnostics modems as standard equipment on every telephone and call processing system we sell.  Benefits to our customers include peace of mind, cost savings and quicker response times.

Remote system access
Many of the routine programming changes you will need can be completed via modem from our NOC.  ATCOM’s unique approach to customer service has answered the call of our customers – maintain rapid turn around time for work orders and keep costs low.  After the completion of each remote work order, our technicians give you a call to be sure all work has been completed satisfactorily.

Customer Help Desk
If you choose to make programming changes for yourself you can call on ATCOM for assistance.  Our Network Operations Center is fully staffed with certified technicians always on hand to answer all of your programming and user questions.

Complete Disaster Recovery Plan
For every system we install we keep a copy of the software programming settings – both at the customer’s site and in our Network Operations Center.  This database is updated every time a change is made to your system.  In the event of an emergency, we will always be ready with a current copy of your system’s software.
