System Programming
ATCOM gives you options. You can contact us to request programming changes (via telephone or e-mail) or simply handle the routine ones yourself. We can integrate your telephone and Call Processing Systems with your LAN or any IP connection so that you can access the ADIX database from your own PC. Now when minor changes are needed – if you prefer – you can just make the changes yourself.
Telephone and Voice Processing system end user training
From the temporary warehouse clerk all the way to the CEO - we want everyone at your company to love their telephone set! One way to ensure that they do, is to be sure they fully understand it’s functionality. We will train, train and retrain if necessary. We provide pretaining – before system installation, cutover training – the day your new system is operational and we provide follow-up training – anytime you need it!
