Darren Boyd Joins ATCOM As Triad Operations Manager

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Rhonda Craycraft, vice president of ATCOM Business Technology Solutions (http://www.atcombts.com), a communications solutions provider, has announced that Darren Boyd has joined the firm as operations manager of the Triad office in Greensboro. In this role, Boyd will oversee the daily operations of the staff and handle scheduling of their appointments, as well as confer with customers to discuss service issues and details associated with the installation of their communications systems in order to best fit the needs of their companies. A 16-year veteran of the telecommunications industry, Boyd served in the field as a technician and service manager prior to assuming his position at ATCOM.
