We learn how your business operates and then make recommendations for the use of applicable features. We guide you through the entire installation process one step at a time. We have even designed a Telecommunications Guide which details each step of the implementation and installation process.
System Staging – When you see our ATCOM technician arrive to install your new communication system you will immediately realize that we do things differently. The entire system arrives at your doorstep tested and pre-programmed to your unique specifications. We assemble the entire system, right down to labeling each telephone set before it ever leaves our service department.
Extensive Training – We train every employee to effectively use his or her new telephone set and voice processing system. We realize that every company has different levels of users and we will gladly provide as much (or as little) training as your staff requires.
On-Site Assistance – We understand that sometimes change – even a needed improvement - can make folks a little anxious. Our customer training representatives come by on the morning after your system has been installed to answer questions and to be sure that everyone feels comfortable and confident.
